    Client Relationship Associate

    As our Client Relationship Associate, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that their needs are not only met but exceeded.

As our Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that their needs are not only met but exceeded.     Responsibilities.

    • Act as the main point of contact for client communication, promptly responding to inquiries and addressing concerns.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding each client’s goals, challenges, and business needs.
    • Coordinate with internal teams (accounting, tax, and finance) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
    • Oversee new client onboarding, including technology setup and orientation to firm processes.
    • Continuously monitor project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
    • Regularly gather client feedback to refine and improve service offerings and internal procedures.
    • Present periodic performance and relationship metrics to leadership, tracking client satisfaction, retention, and overall engagement.

    Qualifications.

    • Associate Degree or higher preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is preferred but not required.
    • A strong willingness to learn.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and client relationships simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in using technology and software (e.g., CRMs, project management platforms, MS Office).
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-centric focus.

    • Attention to Detail: Keen ability to spot inconsistencies and maintain accurate records.
    • Organizational Skills: Expertise in prioritizing tasks and juggling competing deadlines.
    • Technological Savvy: Comfort with learning new platforms, tools, and accounting software.

    • Interpersonal Communication: Adept at establishing rapport, listening actively, and building trust.
