Our accountants play a vital role in shaping our clients’ success, and we celebrate achievements—both big and small. We thrive on teamwork, integrity, and the drive to exceed client expectations, all while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

    Introduction.

We are an innovative accounting firm committed to providing strategic financial guidance and insight to our clients. Our Fractional CFO service is designed to give growing businesses executive-level financial leadership without the full-time commitment of a traditional CFO role. As our Fractional CFO, you will partner closely with multiple small to mid-sized businesses, offering strategic financial direction and ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to thrive. This role requires a CPA or EA designation, reflecting the high level of expertise and professional standards we uphold.

    Responsibilities.

    • Develop and execute financial strategies tailored to each client’s business goals, risk profile, and growth stage.
    • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
    • Analyze complex financial data (e.g., cash flow, budgeting, forecasting) and provide actionable recommendations.
    • Advise clients on tax planning and compliance, working closely with internal and external teams.
    • Implement and maintain financial processes and controls that optimize efficiency and mitigate risk.
    • Collaborate with client leadership to prepare investor presentations, funding proposals, and business plans.
    • Manage financial relationships with stakeholders (banks, investors, auditors) to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
    • Stay current with evolving accounting standards, tax laws, and best practices to ensure proactive client guidance.

    Qualifications.

    • Required: CPA or EA designation.
    • Proven experience in a senior accounting or CFO role, preferably supporting small to mid-sized businesses.
    • Deep understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance requirements.
    • Track record of successfully driving financial strategy and growth initiatives.
    • Proficiency with accounting and finance tools (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems, financial modeling software).
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex financial data into actionable insights.

    Skills.

    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the “big picture” and integrate financial objectives with long-term business goals.
    • Analytical Expertise: Skilled at analyzing data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations.
    • Leadership: Comfortable guiding cross-functional teams and influencing executive-level decision-making.
    • Flexibility: Adaptable mindset to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, each with unique challenges and opportunities.
    • Detail-Oriented: Rigorous approach to financial integrity, ensuring accurate, compliant reporting.
